The Lincoln Homestead State Park, just north of Springfield on KY 555, is one of the places homesteaded by Lincoln's family. His father, Thomas, was raised here, and there is a replica 1782 log cabin at the site. The park also features the Berry House, the home of Lincoln's mother, Nancy, and is the site of her marriage to Thomas.
