EQUESTRIAN EVENTS & ACTIVITIES OFFERED IN KNOTT COUNTY

LAST YEAR'S FIRST ANNUAL KNOTT COUNTY TRAIL RIDE WAS A HUGE SUCCESS! Click here for details, photos and survey results.

Knott County Saddle Club, Spring Trail Ride.
The Spring County-sponsored Knott County Saddle Club Trail Ride will be in the same location (see below for directions) as last year's Fall event which was a huge success with a few great additions. If all goes well, we hope to have running water and electricity available at the main campsite. The club is currently working on permanent markers for the trails as well as developing a trail map which will be available for distribution. Schedules for times and lengths of trails rides are now being worked out and we will have plenty of booths serving some delicious food and maybe a few other vendors like last year. Will also have music, a community campfire and ample port-a-pottys. We will be adding details here so keep checking back.

Dates: May 4 - 6 (first Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Directions: Take Hwy 80 onto Hwy 1098 North to the top of the mountain. Turn left at the Millers Brothers Coal Road. The event will be just over the hill on the left.
Cost for the entire weekend: $5 per person
