Also, note the historic bridge now converted into a pedestrian walkway.
On the left side of Hwy 68/80/31W is the old railroad bridge still used today. Railroad parallels road.

Junction of 3225 includes a stoplight, light commercial. Just past the intersection is popular restaurant (Smokey Pig BBQ), two billboards on the right side of the road and additional commercial businesses on both sides of the road.
Beginning of another scenic byway (mm 4.0/150). Home and Office of Duncan Hines for 18 years. Mr. Hines was born in Bowling Green in 1880, wrote numerous books on good eating places and inns where he traveled. Died in 1959 and buried in Fairview Cemetery.
This is also the start of the 287 mile Duncan Hines Scenic Byway which travels along Hwy 68/80 and Hwy 31 W into Edmonson County.
