Official Tourism Brown Signs let people know the Cultural Center, Tourist Information, Gorin Park and Historic Plaza Theatre are ahead. NOTE: There needs to be a similar sign at the Hwy 31E/90 Intersection that also directs people to historic downtown.

Just off the Square is a unique drive-through tunnel.

The downtown Square is part of the Cordell Hull Scenic Byway that includes a section of Hwy 68/80.
Courthouse on the Square
Numerous Historical Markers are located on the courthouse lawn.
Including a wayside exhibit about John Hunt Morgan, part of a 4-state historic driving tour highlighting significant sites throughout Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio and Kentucky. Visit: trailsrus.com/morgan to find out more about this Civil War Trail.
