1999 Golf Pass
"Tee Off" Against Cancer with the 1999 Golf Pass. The cardholder
is entitled to receive free or reduced green fees as well as benefit from
added savings at 215 courses including 2 indoor golf facilities in the
following states: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee,
and West Virginia. Participation from 33 practice ranges statewide
and 554 rounds of golf, plus enjoy unlimited play on 5 courses.
The pass is valid throughout 1999. Each pass costs $35 and for each
additional one it is $25.
