A walking tour the Historic District will transport you to the later 19th century where prominent citizens responsible for the city's early growth built their homes. History buffs will enjoy the Kentucky Museum and Library (WKU), the historic home of Riverview, built by Col. Atwood G. Hobson before the Civil War, and the beautiful Fountain Square Park.
