Develop a list of citizens that want to be kept informed of what is happening along Hwy 46 in regards to the scenic byway and, more importantly, would like to provide oversight and input as we compile the inventory and develop the recommendations for the corridor management plan.
Review the inventory list of what we found along the corridor these past four days. Add to it! Make sure it is correct! What have we forgotten? Tell us the story behind the Cannery which is located across from the fire station. There is a house on the right hand side of the road that has a red roof and an entranceway with horse heads. Whose house was it? Tell me about the old post office located on the north side of 46 about a _ mile before you get to 170. Or what about the old house or school on Whittle Lane? What are some unique plants or flowers growing along the route? How old are some of the Oaks? Have we missed listing any of the sites where a canopy is created? Are there archeologically significant sites along the way? You will have to help me with this.
Come up with ideas of what this Scenic Byway should be called.
