From Campbellsville, take Hwy 55 South for 8 miles. Turn west onto Tebbs Bend Road. Wayside exhibits run for 3 miles. Road re-enters Hwy 55. ATKINSON-GRIFFIN HOUSE CONFEDERATE HOSPITAL (part of the Tebbs Bend Tour). Located at the Green River Lake Park Visitor’s Center, off Hwy 55 east side. Follow brown signs to lake/visitor’s center. Morgan Held Prisoner at Pleasant Hill - Morgan’s Revenge. On hwy 289 (old U.S. 68) in front of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 8 mi north of Campbellsville. Continue toward Lebanon on Hwy 289. Turn right onto Clay Hill Memorial Forest and look at large brick house on the right - Clay Hill; Morgan visited in January 1862 during the Pleasant Hill Raid, seeking information on disposition of Federal troops.
