16 Elkton Historic Downtown Elkton includes a newly renovated Old Todd County Courthouse, built in 1835 and future home of the Tood County Welcome Center. Also of interest is the Milliken Memorial Community House, America's First Community House, a Gregorian mansion built in 1927 and donated to the citizens of Elkton as a gift to the community.
