To all YARD SALERS and SHOP OWNERS participating in the
400 Mile Sale June 1th - 4th!!
400 mile signs are available on a first come, first serve basis! And they are FREE this year! But supplies are limited! Just let us know where you will be setting up so we can add the information to the website (Free of charge as well)! We also have posters promoting the event (free), brochures (free), maps (free) and t-shirts (Not free...Just $5 but you can sell them for $10 so it gives everyone an opportunity to make a little money). Call or e-mail us and let us know how many you will need of everything!
And spread the word! We want this to be the BIGGEST EVENT ever!!!! And we want as many BIG SALES happening along the route as possible.
Great opportunity for churches, scouts and other groups to have a fund raiser. Doesn't have to be just yard sales. Every shop along the route should be offering special bargains and side walk sales. Even the restaurants can get involved. Shopping makes people hungry. But they are looking for something fast as they travel down the road. Box lunches, outdoor BBQ's and just a grab as you go sandwiches are what people are asking for. And keep in mind, true shoppers start early. Biscuits and ham is what we will be looking for at 7 am as we head down Hwy 68-80.
