The fourth and present Bracken County courthouse was constructed in 1915. It was to replace the previous building, which was condemned and torn down in 1913.
|

|
The new building is of a Beaux- Arts design and consists of three-stories made of brick. O.G. Wilson supervised the construction of the new building, and the cornerstone was laid in June of 1915.
