Sutton Developments, click here for information. 10 acres of the Sutton property was donated to Knott County by the Sutton Heirs to build an ATV Training Center to be known as Sutton Park. The training center is underwritten by Honda, the ATV Safety Institute (ASI) and SVIA. It is designated to be the Trail Head of an inter-mountain connecting adventure-tourism venture between the county, state and federal government.
